Debtin & Capability in KZN is hiring for customer service advisors.
Role description and responsibility:
- As a Customer Service Advisor in a call center,
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Providing product or service information
- Offering solutions and alternatives
- Documenting customer interactions
- Meeting customer satisfaction and call handling targets
- The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Applicants need to meet the criteria below:
- Must be currently unemployed
- South African Citizen
- Must have a South African ID
- Age: 18-34 Years
- Schooling: Attended a Quintile 1, 2, or 3 school, OR proof of child support grant
