Description:

Debtin & Capability in KZN is hiring for customer service advisors.  

Role description and responsibility:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor in a call center, 
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Providing product or service information
  • Offering solutions and alternatives
  • Documenting customer interactions
  • Meeting customer satisfaction and call handling targets
  • The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Applicants need to meet the criteria below:

  • Must be currently unemployed
  • South African Citizen
  • Must have a South African ID
  • Age: 18-34 Years
  • Schooling: Attended a Quintile 1, 2, or 3 school, OR proof of child support grant
